1. Delivery Locations

We deliver across India, covering both urban and rural areas.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Products:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time (within India):

• South India: 2–4 business days
• Central India: 3–5 business days
• North India: 4–6 business days
• Northeast India & Islands: 5–9 business days

Please Note:

• We currently do not offer international shipping.
• Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

• We ship all orders through India Post and Professional Courier.
• Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is shipped.
• If your delivery is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, we will track the parcel for you and provide updates via WhatsApp or SMS.
• We aim to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time, with clear communication throughout.

5. Failed Deliveries

• If delivery fails due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.
• Orders unclaimed or refused at the time of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team.
• In the rare case of a lost shipment, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund after confirmation with the courier service.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

• The product is lost in transit and confirmed by the courier.
• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery).
• Cancellation is requested before shipment.

Refund Method & Timeline:

• All refunds will be processed via the original payment method through Razorpay.
• It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card/wallet, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Razorpay may deduct minimal payment gateway charges in case of a refund based on their terms.

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Delays are caused by incorrect shipping information or refusal to accept the parcel.
• Orders returned without a proper reason or communication.
